How I started with Shaklee

So hey guys I just decided to write on a post just right after my Terawih prayer and I actually should be studying for my very upcoming exam on this Thursday for SPA thingy but I just wanna write and let you people know about how my body changes hahaha lol.


Okay here it goes....


As you can see, the left photo was actually taken just a few days away after CNY which of course it is in February 2016. So my mum was kind of worried when I weighted myself (she always take a look at it) and the scale showed I was 65kg (overweight) at that particular time say whatttt!? And it is not sooo okay obviously! I always get insecure of myself when I look at the mirror and see how ugly my body is.... which I am that kind of person who always lack of confidence! People who read this, please don't get me wrong. No matter what size you are, you're beautiful in your own way! It is just me who get insecure over myself and that is why it is not okay, to me.


So during my sixth/seventh semester, my mum introduced me to Shaklee's product and during this time, I determined to lose weight! When I was back to my hometown in Penang, I tried to consume these two supplement named Alfafa and Lecithin. Apparently my mum told me to consume ESP as well but I was lazy you know, mix this and that and I was not really that consistent consuming ESP until I started my new semester and flew back to Shah Alam. In Shah Alam, I was really consistent with the two supplement because it was easy oh yeah and not to forget I consumed Vita C-Plus too since I have a bad sinus.


During this semester, I tried stop taking a big amount of carbohydrate that is rice, I only had a cup of Milo for dinner and I started to workout right after class every evening (exception for 5-8pm class). Few weeks after I was happy because some of my friends noticed the changes of my body and I get to wear whatever confidently unlike before. Apparently I only had Shawarma for lunch or anything that is soup andlater had 4 caplets of Alfafa & 2 caplets of Lecithin.
