Changes in 2018

Assalam and hello guys! So as you can see how chubby I was in Jan 2018. Ni semua sebab tak jaga makan for sure, dah lah tak jaga makan stop ambik supplement pulak haihyo. So as I said before in my previous post, I easily get insecure with my own body. In Jan 2018, I admit, setiap hari pisang goreng weh lagi-lagi berminyak and hello pimples popping here and there (tepuk dahi sendiri) lol hahaha. Why tak consume supplement dah?
